Menara Peninsula Hotel

I have stayed at Menara many times now and the one thing that stands out is the wonderful staff. From the front desk/reception, to concierge, security, to cleaning staff, restaurant staff etc.. I must say that it is so satisfying to know that each time I stay the staff are truly fantastic and pleasant. My Bahasa Indonesian is not so good but the staff all seem to speak English quite well, even the new girl (i forget her name) that cooked my eggs for breakfast a couple of days. She was so pleasant and always smiling. I manage a hotel in Australia and one of the most important things for me is that my staff are always smiling and pleasant to customers. Menara Peninsula 5 Stars service. Please pass this on to all staff. Terimah-kasih🙏

The breakfast was nice and complete as well as very tasty! The rooms were spacious enough, clean and cost! The staff was very nice and accommodating! So we booked the 2 rooms again for 9 Jan 2025!

Everything was nice and decent rooms wash rooms were neat and clean and breakfast was also good and plenty.

Since the hotel was well occupied I have been upgraded. Stayed several times there when I have to be in Slipi.
